AEROSPACE COATINGS
Kal-Gard specialises in precision thin film coatings used in
aircraft and spacecraft construction. These include coatings, specified by the
Worlds largest aircraft manufacturers, for the coating of titanium rivets,
bolts and nuts, designed to resist galvanic corrosion when installed through
aluminium.
We have non-outgassing coatings designed for use in ultra
high vacuum and extremes of temperature (from cryogenic to ultra-hot) as used
in space exploration craft and satellites.
Our experience in ultra-thin coatings can be applied to
develop coatings for your specific application.
