Side Labeling Machine
The single side labeling machine works by first spacing products evenly using a separating wheel, followed by adjusting their orientation with a correction belt. A top stabilizer ensures the products remain securely in place during transport. The labeling process is triggered by a sensor, which applies the label precisely to the product’s surface. A scraper is then used to smooth and firmly attach the label. This machine is commonly used in the pharmaceutical and daily chemical industries for single-sided labeling of square or flat bottles and boxes, such as hand sanitizer bottles, lipsticks, and IV bottles.
